Core Networx provide a superb ICT support service and the transition from our previous provider to Core Networx was seamless. The knowledge and attitude of our consultant is second to none. He’s responsive to our needs, especially in time critical situations, and is fully backed up by the rest of the Core Networx team. We’re kept up to date and informed about available and necessary enhancements and proposals for development are made where appropriate. ICT support is an area that we don’t need to worry about because of Core Networx.

Park Walk Primary School has used the services of Core Networx since they started up, having used Saf prior to this for several years as part of a central Service Level Agreement. We had in the past, always found Saf’s services to be excellent which is primarily why we decided to move to Core Networx. Saf goes out of his way to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of ICT within our school and keeps us abreast and informed of new developments and opportunities. Saf sources the best prices on equipment that we need to buy and nearly always places the order, arranges for fitting and installation at a time convenient to the school. We buy in to half a day’s provision per week, but Saf is always available via email or telephone, responds very quickly and frequently makes additional visits if necessary to sort out emergencies. If you are still wondering whether to buy into the service that Core Networx provides then don’t! The service that we have received since April 2012 has been second to none. Our technician has consistently ensured that all our IT systems run smoothly on a day to day basis and that any problems or glitches are swiftly dealt with. He also has worked closely with our IT leader and IT teaching assistant to procure hardware and software at the best prices and to support with installation and running of programmes. Having telephone support available when our technician is not in school has been invaluable. We will certainly be continuing to buy into this service in the next financial year and recommend it highly.

In April 2012 our school signed up to technical support from Core Networx, with Zameer Hussain as our technician. We have built a fantastic relationship with Zameer, who has shown a great understanding of our ICT needs, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our school’s use of ICT.
