Park Walk Primary School has used the services of Core Networx since they started up, having used Saf prior to this for several years as part of a central Service Level Agreement. We had in the past, always found Saf’s services to be excellent which is primarily why we decided to move to Core Networx. The service and support provided is second to none and I would be lost without him! No request is ever too much, too big or too small !! Saf goes out of his way to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of ICT within our school and keeps us abreast and informed of new developments and opportunities. Saf sources the best prices on equipment that we need to buy and nearly always places the order, arranges for fitting and installation at a time convenient to the school. We buy in to half a day’s provision per week, but Saf is always available via email or telephone, responds very quickly and frequently makes additional visits if necessary to sort out emergencies. I wholeheartedly recommend Core Networx as IT support for any school and would be happy to discuss any items mentioned above further.

If you are still wondering whether to buy into the service that Core Networx provides then don’t! The service that we have received since April 2012 has been second to none. Our technician has consistently ensured that all our IT systems run smoothly on a day to day basis and that any problems or glitches are swiftly dealt with. He also has worked closely with our IT leader and IT teaching assistant to procure hardware and software at the best prices and to support with installation and running of programmes. Having telephone support available when our technician is not in school has been invaluable. We will certainly be continuing to buy into this service in the next financial year and recommend it highly.
